Make It Monday # 49 Ghost Masking
I gave up , just entered for a chance to have a RANDOM win.
This is my MIM card for Papertrey Ink.  I tried several times but I think my velum was too thick. Also I did not really have the proper stamps and dies to do this. But I liked what Betsy did and wanted to try. I know its not done correctly , but I still wanted to post ,so it could be entered maybe for a random win :)  And I used a lot of paper to try this one. Just don't look!

  7. I ran into the same problem since I didn't have the label stamp and matching die that Betsy used. Getting the mask to fit the "outlined" part is the trick!

  10. Marybeth, I think this is great! I haven't seen the video but I'm sure this is not an easy technique! I like how you used the seed packet stamp--would never have thought of that! Hope this is the week you win the drawing!!

  17. I used this die for my first try at this technique and it is a bit trickier than others. It cuts into 3 pieces so I had to tape the middle cut part into the outer before I did my stamping. I wasn't crazy about my card that I did with it either but I think it could work. Hope that helps. Love what you did with all your "cuties" inside this same die and stamp!!!
