Hello and welcome to the 12 Kits of Occasions! Out host for the month of May is; Sharron

Sharron sent out this darling summertime kit with all kinds of goodies and pretty papers.

I needed a birthday card so I used a birthday stamp from Just Desserts Stamp Set The polka dot paper was a bag used in the kit.

As you can see I loved this patterned paper and was able to 

make 3 cards with it!

 You can’t tell by the photo above but I have glossy accents all over the sweet gecko! I have this set and love it!

I think I like this shaker card best, I love the pretty sequins and gorgeous Floral & Flutter die from Concord & 9th. I also used one of those shaker pouches ..because its so fast!

May 2016 Blog Hop

Hello! Im a bit late to the hop today! I loved the inspiration photo but decided to just use two colors

 from the photo and try and keep my card soft. 

I blended some inks then stamped the image with the same color several time to keep it soft like the photo. I also layered my wave 3 times the boat is on a piece of fun foam. I also splattered some Sparkle Glitter Brush Pen on my panel.

Merry Monday #206 {Nativity}

I used the folded note die from “ Don’t Forget to Write Kit” and made it into a square by moving the die down . I covered the lower half of my sky with my hand and then spritzed the top half with water so it would look like stars.... I kinda like how it turned out!

I was the lucky random  winner of this darling stamp set,

 that my sweet friend  Lisa gave away!  Lisa also designed this darling set, after her own little Sweet Pea granddaughter. If you have not seen her you will have to give Lisa a visit.

I loved the colors in this weeks CQC and I wanted to use the sketch for CAS(E) this sketch.

 I made this fun little slider card with a set from Papertrey Ink and the slider die from lawn fawn! So much fun .... this is the second card....when I finished the first one I dropped it on an open ink pad... I wanted to cry! Well, maybe I did just a bit :(

 I made this simple card , using the smooching ink technique for my background, 

then stamped this fun Ferris Wheel  ! 

Once the background was dry I cut the lower edge with Pretty Pink Posh Stitched Borders 1

 added a bit of fun foam to the back then the “enjoy” word die on top with Wink of Stella.

Hello ! Happy Monday to you all! 

I made this card last night and when I tried to post it this morning I 

had trouble adding photos to my blog . I have never had that happen before and I still 

can’t add them. I went the long way around it and dragged the files from my email!!!!

I used My Favorite Things Tiki Party for my card, sentiment is Papertrey Ink Botanical Silhouettes 

I just layered my dies with patterned paper and the stamped image. The patterned paper is also from MFT

 County Fair Plaid.

Just Having Some Fun!

Hello, quick post today! I hope you are all happy and well.

 I thank you for all your kind comments and I am sorry that I am so far behind in my commenting. 

I’m going to blame it on the grandkids, LOL, lots of sport games to go see
