  Well, I gave this MIM a try. My glue must be way too old, because  the glitter kept coming off, I probably  fussed with the bow way to much. I see its all a bit askew, shh maybe no one will notice! I used the dot stamp at the bottom of the page in glue to continue the snow on the white.

Oh How I Will Miss You Until Next Year!

Oh how I will miss picking my hydrangeas! So this is the last of my most favorite flower.

 But I will see them again next year. Hydrangeas make me happy, I love how they change, 

with the season. These all use to be bright pink or purple. I almost tossed all these out today 

when I was trimming the bush, last min. decided to put them in this container. So glad I did.

This is just one group of grandchildren. Pink seemed to be the theme in Culver City . These three are  sisters.

Different Color Ribbon, For Different Kinds Of Cancer!

Am I the only one who did not know there is a different color ribbon for each kind of cancer? 

I know pink is for breast cancer, but I kinda thought is was a symbol for women with cancer. My

sister who was a few years younger than me died from lung cancer that spread to her bones and 

throughout her whole body. You think I would have known. My 22 yr. old son even knew .

 So I found a link that gives you the color of each ribbon, for each cancer. 

I just hope you don't even need it! I almost feel like I shouldn't tell anyone I did not know. 

I used all Papertrey Ink products ,but the embossing folder is from Stampin Up

Ok finally got around to the MIM card. I did not have a brayer so I made one out of a wooden fondant roller and some peel and stick craft foam. Im either really cheep or smart, :) take your pick. I honestly did not want to run out and get one, last night. I think I would have had a much crisper image if I had though. You cant see it to clearly in this photo, but I made the bow-tie out of the cat ears. All PTI products! Thanks again for stopping by. Take care and have a wonderful weekend.

Owl Birthday Halloween Card

Many of you asked how my new grandson is doing , he is doing great. Thank you all for your concern.

I think he is a doll, I went to visit him at home yesterday and held him some more. Heaven!!!!

I made this card a few weeks ago but could not locate the card I got the inspiration  from, until now.

Lynn Put It's not the same but I wanted to at least give her the credit. I think I kinda made it my own.

Sympathy Card using Tag Sale #5

I cant believe I received this in the mail today as it was my second placed order from release night . Well, glad I did, because I needed to make a sympathy card for a friend . I bought this set because I loved what  

Maile Belles did with her card. I changed it up a bit. Its was quick and simple and I know I will be using this often. Everything is PTI but the dry embossing is Stampin Up . I see the red smudge I will clean it up. Thank you for stopping by and for all the congratulations on our 11 grandchild who is now home and Out of NICU.

Halloween card kits. / New Grandchild

Erin Lincoln: Pumpkin Totem cardI love this card by Erin so much I wanted to make up some card kits for my grandchildren so they could make some to . This seemed to be the easiest way for me to make them . Have the kits all ready to go, so I could just send them in the mail.  The ages that I sent them to is 4,5,6,8,9 When they are at my house I let them stamp.

NEW GRANDCHILD # 11

We have a new grandchild! He was in the NICU for about 5days but he went home today. ThankGod

We had some very scary days but all is well now and he will be going home to his other 5 siblings. I have to say my daughter Nichole is super mom. After being with her in her 30 some hrs. of labor I then went to my house to take over watching our other 5 grandchildren my husband had them by himself for day in a half. He is a great dad and papa. We are very blessed to have so many grandchildren even though they did come fast  The oldest is only 9

Happy beginning  of the week! I love this time of year so much! We had some of our grandchildren, 5 of them last Friday. We just had them for the night but we had so much fun. I get out all my stamps and let them create! I wish I would have taken pictures. My 6 granddaughter turned the die cut spider legs from Treats & Sweets into eyelashes for the skeleton it was such a girl thing to do.
I water colored the spider web only on this card. All stamps PTI :Treats &Sweets, Friendship Jar Fillers, cardstock PTI. Printed paper is DCWV. Thanks for stoping by and I hope you all have a wonderful fall week.

Project.  My flowers are all different thickness some of the middle flower it very thick and some of the flowers are many lavers. I messed up on the Happy Birthday it smudged a bit.

My Yearly Halloween Scene

This is the Dept. 56 Halloween scene I put up every year. These pictures from last year, but I do almost the exact same each year.  I will start putting it up today or tommorrow. It takes me about 5 hours because I also do a Halloween tree next to it. Then the tree turns into a fall tree ,after that a Christmas tree .This is all in the dinning room .  Almost everything has moving parts that I have to carefully plan and hide all the cords. It lights up and  the middle haunted house has lighting ,thunder , screaming and creaking sounds. We have almost 11 grandchildren oldest only 9 years old. They all love it and not one of them ever touches it. I have seen them stand on a chair and just watch it. It makes me so happy to see them enjoy it.  The cloth I use over all the game boxes to make different elevations is cheese cloth that I tea died. I will admit I kinda like what I came up with , that is why I don't change it up

Truth be told my husband is the one who loves it the most and got me started with it. Yesterday I said I think I might skip putting it up. He loves it so much I have to say I do it for him, he does not ask for much . My husband loves me to decorate the house. I also do 3 Christmas trees, because it makes him happy. The last picture is what I put up for fall, when I take it down,

Martha Stewart Glue. Thanks for the inspiration Kelly! In less than 10 mins to make. Took me much longer to link everything up , Im sure I go about it the long way . Not to savvy with linking , but I did.

 Hi ,  We had a great weekend and hope everyone else did too. We definitely enjoyed watching football from Thursday night all through Sunday, then of course Monday Night Football tonight. It helps take our mind off of this darn economy. And we just love football.  Did anyone see the Budweiser commercial? It was a moving tribute to all the 911 victims .

This is  my MIM card. 
PTI cardstock, not sure what the navy is.

Tranquility Trilogy Stamp

A few days ago I was inspired to use my Tranquility Trilogy Stamp Set  by a blog friend Janelle

Janelle likes to use the stamps she has before she will buy new ones. I think its a great idea. So with the new release coming up I thought I would do the same. The side triangles are just some printed paper I had and I used a bit of Martha Stewarts glitter.  Other wise, its all Papertrey Ink.

Hi, Happy September. 

I love the fall but now my girls will be so busy with their children in school , we wont get to see everyone as often as we like. We will just travel to Culver City and Temecula to see them, play in whatever sport they will be in. One daughter lives in our same town so that is nice.
For the MIM I used PTI Halloween Treats and Sweets
