Oh how I will miss picking my hydrangeas! So this is the last of my most favorite flower.
But I will see them again next year. Hydrangeas make me happy, I love how they change,
with the season. These all use to be bright pink or purple. I almost tossed all these out today
when I was trimming the bush, last min. decided to put them in this container. So glad I did.
Hydrangeas are oneof my favorite flowers. Didn't know you can cut them. Any tips for taking care of them. I just got a bush from my son this past summer.
ReplyDeleteHydrangeas are my favorite flower too but in Iowa they are now brown and covered with a little snow today. I have a kinda that do well here in our weather but they don't do well with snow. Nice to see yours are still pretty.
ReplyDeleteI also LOVE hydrangeas and they dry so nice. It looks wonderful in your kitchen!

ReplyDeleteHope all is well! Have a GREAT day Marbeth!
I just have to tell you that I did take in all the hydrageas from my mother's garden last month. (Now there is no flowers left because I live in Sweden and we have rather cold weather now...) I have my hydrangeas on a beam in the kitchen in a huge bucket. I hope they'll dry nicely so we can enjoy them until they bloom again!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it fun that we all seem to have done the same thing - no matter where we live!? :D
