Waltzingmouse Stamps Red Carpet

  I dont watch the Oscar’s but I did want to make a card for Waltzingmouse Stamps little Red Carpet challenge. I used three stamps set from WMS. The sentiment is from Say it Loud and I think that popular one is back in stock.

    This is just gorgeous. I did not watch the Oscars, but I can imagine any one wearing this dress would have looked so elegant and beautiful.
