Tis The Season

Festive Friday Challenge #39 (August 29 - September 10)
NBUS Challenge #2! Here We Go!
Darnell is hosting her second NBUB challenge to celebrate her big milestone of over 600 followers, I can’t even imagine! I see her commenting all over blogland  making everyone feel special.
Congratulations Darnell!

This is my brand new stamp never been used!

Made a quick card last night after my poor Green Bay team lost against Seattle :(  I know my sister Marylou was happy!

I used my new tis-the-season from Waltzingmouse Stamps! I love this font and you will  be seeing me use it a lot!

  1. Really nice sentiment set, Marybeth! Wonderful Christmas card, love the BIG Bold font used! Sorry about your Green Bay team losing...I was born and raised in Seattle, but live in Oregon now...so I suppose the Seahawks would be the team I would cheer for along with your sister!!

  5. Oh, my! I love that elegant sentiment, too! Such a Christmas card against the black and sweet accents with jingle bell and ivy! We were sad of Packers losing. We like to root for them since FIL always followed them and AJ Hawk former Ohio State player now plays for them!:-) Have a great weekend!

  6. Oh my goodness, you make a beautiful script look magical! Love every single detail. The papers, colors, sweet twine and rusty bell. All in the chalkboard style. Sorry about the team. We're Fresno State fans, (our college), and they were creamed by USC. Painful.

  7. That was the perfect font for your gorgeous Christmas card, Marybeth!! I wasn't too keen on the chalkboard technique when it first came out, but it grew on me, and now I'm so happy to see it around Blogland again this Christmas. You've given us wonderful inspiration for how to do it!

Thank you so much for playing in my second NBUS Challenge and for your lovely words! I think you all ARE special!! Hugs, Darnell
