Hello! I have a card and some Petite Places Church globes to share with you that I made in a hurry.
I don’t think I could have stamped these so nicely and fast without my MISTI. I realize the eggs are not proportionate to the size of the church , but the kids will love shaking the large colorful eggs.
I used a lot of fun foam under many of my cut images.
I loved this sketch byGayatri!
The card above is the first card I made, then when cleaning up I thought I would add some fun foam to the piece I cut out and add it to the card. Not sure which one I like best.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have beautiful weather wherever you live.

ReplyDeleteOH your easter egg church bubble globe thingies are adorable!! How fun are those! The kids will love them! And who doesn't like big easter eggs! haha! I love the card you made too! The second one is my favorite! Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteI like them both but I agree with Betty, I like the second card. The stamped frame blends in and yet it pops.
ReplyDeleteWow! Wonderful post Marybeth! I love the sweet Easter globes! Adorable! And both cards are lovely! The one with dimension draws the eye a little more! Love how you use the fun foam! I need to get a stash of it! LOL!
ReplyDeleteYour post today just makes me happy Marybeth!! I'm waiting for the little churches to come back in stock. I love what you've made for the grandkids and they will too!! The happiest of birthday wishes and blessings to your oldest granddaughter. Sounds like you have a beautiful day planned. Your card is stunning! The floral outlines with the beautiful colors in the background ~ SWOON!
ReplyDeleteLove those fun egg shakers! And your cards are beautiful! I like the second one best with the stamped frame. Nice look!
ReplyDeletesuch pretty colors on your cards!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous creations Marybeth! I love both cards and I have to get using the Petite Places dies too! Love how you used them! Question for you though...I'm having trouble with the foam stretching when I cut it with the die, then it's too long for the card-stock piece! I always cut with the blades up. Are you cutting with the blades down by any chance? I'm wondering if with the foam that would make a difference? I haven't gotten back to it to try it. Happy Birthday party-ing!
ReplyDeleteHey--are you near me? These cards are just stunning. I think that the second one is one of my all time favorites of all your cards. And, those little jelly bean shakers are so cute.
ReplyDeleteI love your card and the popped up piece is a great effect! Your wash of color is wonderful with the flowers. I love those candy filled Easter shakers! I'm so glad to see you use the petite church, I've put a few together just to play around with them, but haven't used them on a project yet.
