With Laurie.
Laurie shows us how to color block, sharing three beautiful cards. I chose to color block with ink blending on watercolor paper. Using the new Papertrey Ink set:On the Wagon Stamp Set and die set.
Of course, I smudged my wood panel after it stamped so perfectly ...ugg! I wish I didn't use the black for the birds and kept them light like my sentiment. Its such a fun set that I know I will be playing with for quite a bit.
God bless you!

ReplyDeleteEverybody go surfin', surfin' USA!! What a fun card Marybeth. Your sky and sand look fantastic. I think the birds look fine in black. It's like they're silhouetted by the sun! And the little smudge, just call if an offering from those seagulls LOL!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous bg for your woodie wagon! Haven't used my set yet, and your making me smile looking at this summer scene. And I'm with Lisa, the birds look good in black, like silhouettes!
