The paper looks like falling snowflakes to me.
Good morning! I hope you are having a blessed day!
My very serious Owl is from Serendipity Stamps. You can get him in a set with the solid background now.
This card above is before I decided to add the Candy cane, that
Joyce was so kind to send me.
I think adds a bit of fun to this very serious wise owl.
I seem to have a bit of a shadow on the card with the candy cane.
The card above it how the paper looks without the shadow.
What do you think... with or without the candy cane? I added a bit of glitter and Glossy Accents to the candy cane , cut the solid owl die and glittered it up before adding the top layer with
some foam tape.
The other dies are from Papertrey Ink and Lil Inkers Design. The patterned paper is from amy tangerine;Cut and Paste
Thanks for stoping by.

Holy smokes, this is just gorgeous, Marybeth!! Love that you did him in white, especially since your owl has a lot going on already. Great design choice. The wreath (which is sold out, darn it) is perfect for focus on him, and I do prefer Joyce's candy cane on your card. Gives him somewhere to perch, and like you said, adds a bit of fun and whimsy. Really love this one!!
ReplyDeletethis is gorgeous, and i love your wol with the candy stick.
ReplyDeletethe background is beautiful and the design is perfect.
hugs to you.
Ann
