Tuesday Morning Sketches

This is my first time making a card for this challenge.
Tuesday Morning Sketches Challenge

I will be honest , I made this card last night and was just going to post it on my blog
and not enter it in any challange. Then I saw this Tuesday Morning Sketches Challenge
on a friends bolg and figured ...it's the sketch turned on its side. I also decided the image had enough detail that I did not need to color it. I often leave my image uncolored.
I did hand cut the cup and added some foam tape to it.

I needed some new baby stamps so when I saw Cathy’s baby card  a while back, I knew I needed to have it. And it was 50% off. Its is from Serendipity Stamps . I have some Baptism and First Holy Communion cards but haven't posted them yet.
I can’t believe how fast I received my stamps!
Hope it's ok that I turned the sketch on its side.
Have a blessed week.

Stamps: Serendipity Baby Bib, Papertrey Ink : Bundle of Love for the tag.
Die: Spellbinders, Fleur De Lis Squares , Squares. Papertrey Ink Tiny Tags
Paper: Papertrey Ink and Recollections
Ribbon : Ribbon Real ( I think)

  9. Marybeth your bow is gorgeous! Your card is so sweet the spellbinders die with all that detail is as sweet as a baby. Don't you just love it when everything falls in the right place like having the card done before the sketch comes out. Lucky you!! I think the rest of your day is going to be special, like you!

  12. I can not tell you how excited I was to see your card using the Serendipity stamp. You absolutely made my day knowing you originally saw the stamp on one of my cards. I pinned it to the Serendipity Pinterest site and I am going to email it to Mary, the owner of Serendipity. She will love it! I love that you didn't color it. The image is so detailed, you don't need to color it to make it look gorgeous with those pretty Spellbinder dies. Gorgeous...and lastly, I agree, you are channeling Jeane and her beautiful bows! It's beautiful.

  13. Gorgeous card. Love the uncoloured image. Really, all it needs is that die-cut frame and the soft colour and texture of that perfect bow.
