Blooms and a Bug!

Good morning! I tried to use the kissing technique with the jar, but didn’t get it to work that well
so I decided to use the kissing technique on the car.

I made my own embellishments : dew drops

This card above is for the Papertrey Ink MIM challenge.

I love this set Vintage Linens from Dawn. when the granddaughters were here we made many using markers and blended with water. For these flowers I used my watercolors on the vellum from Papertrey Ink . I smudged one flower right before I took the picture, I forgot to wipe a bit off before it was dry. I loved using the watercolor  on vellum.

I have so many of these flowers made and some ready to be colored, I embossed a bunch one night. The dew is made with Glossy Accents. I love stamping this jar in two colors from Papertrey Ink Hawaiian Shores and Ocean Tides. Its funny I used watercolor paper for the card panel without any watercolor on it , I just liked the contrast.

Thank you for the visit and God bless!

  18. My goodness, this is stunning! Thanks for providing such lovely inspiration! It makes me realize that the buckling that usually occurs when vellum gets wet can serve a good purpose in making flowers look more realistic.
