"Teachers Pet"

Hello! Welcome to: The 12 Kits of Occasions!
Our Host this month is Lisa Elton!
Lisa sent out this darling school kit, that I so enjoyed playing with!

Keeping all those affected by the storm in my prayers!
I cannot even imagine!

The card above has glossy accents on the windows
and a mini wobbler!

I made a few more cards but didn't post because
I had one too many mistakes.

Thank you so much for the visit today and I hope you have a wonderful September!

  1. Love them all Marybeth, but smitten with the 'hugs' on the sweet floral notecard! All so sweet. Didn't you love that milk carton? Think I have to have that die! Hugs!!!

  2. Such a sweet collection of wonderful cards. Love your wonderful milk carton, so happy I have one left to play with.

  3. Oh gosh.. you got me with the first picture! I love the little flowers on the pencil ends! So clever! Beautiful clean designs that are elegant at the same time. The fussy cut sentiments look amazing!

  4. Cute, cute cards Marybeth but head over heels in LOVE with your milk carton!! This definitely looked like a FUN kit to play with! Stay cool, and yes, be grateful you're dry...those poor, poor people in Texas! Breaks my heart every time I watch the news!

  5. Marybeth, wow! Your projects are so adorable! I really love that milk carton and how you cut out the squares from the patterned paper...brilliant! I especially love the light blue card with the school bus...such attention to details! It was great fun guesting with you all this month!

  6. Gorgeous cards, and a very fun milk carton, Marybeth! Love all these papers and all the little images included with this kit. Such a great idea to put the school bus on a wobbler!! Some lucky little one is going to love that! I know I love them all. Prayers continuing for Texas... My heart goes out to those affected! Bev

  7. These are all darling Marybeth! I hope some of them came in handy for your grandkids!! Love the way you combined so many elements with the school bus. I still have some of the alphabet paper. I like the way you cut out the squares for the milk carton. Might have to borrow that idea!!

  8. Marybeth I am with you, I just can't believe what is happening is Texas. I can't seem to turn CNN off. All of your projects are as usual fabulous! I love your milk carton paired with the pencil, the school bus on the action wobble is awesome. I love all your fussy cutting and the beautiful foral at the end. Your cards always inspire me and I am so glad I still have some kit left to CASE you!

  9. All of your projects are so darling Marybeth! The floral spray on the last note card makes my heart smile. I've had a hard time watching the news without tears. Praying for all of those affected by this terrible disaster.

  10. I LOve the little alpha squares you cut and pasted ... I've kept that piece of patterned paper for another day, Marybeth - it sure brings me back to Kindergarten!
LOve your darling little ribbon-wrapped pencil with using the flowers - did you and Tracey design that idea together? So wonderful, and wonderfully YOU... xx

  11. Oh, your milk carton is SO adorable!! Love how you used that wonderful paper. That is a die I would love to have. And your school bus looks fantastic with the sentiment on the bumper. Great use of the papers for the floral note card too.

  12. Wonderful, as always, dear friend! I love that you added a wobble to the bus. Such a fun idea! And I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't color those sweet critters, but I've decided that they are just so cute that they look good both ways. Your carton is darling, too. Visiting your blog is always such a treat. Wish I could do it more often, but I do think of you often!

  13. These are all so pretty and adorable, Marybeth ... the wobbly bus is brilliant, love how you've left those cute POD critters uncoloured ... and the floral layering is just lovely! Hugs, Anita :)
