    what great cards! love the stars and stripes on the first card, reminds me of a barn board look!
    the 2nd card, love the buttons! I always feel that I need to put something in the blank spaces and using the white on white adds a little something but does not take away from the colored stars! totally gonna use this idea!

    I love of how you use the negative space for the stars. I have sheets of paper of negative shapes that I cannot bear to throw them out because I know that I can find some use for them. Good job.

    Both of your cards are fantastic ! I think my favorite detail are the sequins.... I;m sure I still have some long forgotten sequins in my crafts stash from oh so many years ago. I am inspired to dig them out to use them on a card project now, thank you !

    Stars seem to feature a lot in USA card making.
    However today they are very appropriate, all members of serving forces anywhere in the world are all stars in my eyes!
    I know it might be past the weekend here in the UK, but I wanted to support a good cause.
