I know I have been posting a lot, and I want to thank you for still taking the time to comment. 

On my card I used all new items that came this week.  This card  its all Papertrey Ink

I love the impression plate and how nice it works.  Yes, the tag is new to me. Had to get it 

after Joyce: Cards-by-the-Sea  Put it in our 12 kits of Hanukkah . Oh, the gingham it not PTI

Up date on this post:  I saw Kims card and thought oh how funny she did Halloween too… not only that we used  a lot of the same sentiments I just wanted you all to know it was pure coincidence . I did not see her card until I posted.  Sure looks bad on my part though! :)

Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge

Ok this is a bit different for this time of year . I have been dying to use this set. I bought a while ago I keept redoing this card and said enough. This it what I ended up with. 

Waltzingmouse  Stamps is coming out with some smaller sets, July 1,  Seems  like a great way to get started with Waltzingmouse  and see how nicely they stamp. This great sketch is by Edna Morrisedie

Cas-Ual Fridays # 58

CAS-ual Fridays challenge

I am having a bit of trouble with my camera.

This is one of the new Memory box dies I bought last week . So I decided to make a few cards with it, while I wait for my PTI order to come in. I cut apart a few of the flowers added some foam tape , to pop some of it up,  added a pearl, stamped the sentiment and done. This weeks challenge is to use pink, think I got that covered.

 We had another busy weekend. Friday we went to a blueberry farm in Temecula with one of our daughters and her children. Picked berries then watched a movie outside on the owners  beautiful barn.  We all had a wonderful time.  Saturday BBQ at our son in laws parents house,  swimming then games. We love to play any kind of game, cards, board game , poker you name it we play it.  Take care, and thanks for stoping by.

Good morning!  This pretty sketch is from Edna Morrisedie over at Waltzingmouse Stamps. I used one of my favorite stamps sets, Earth Angel. At the bottom of the card  I used French Country, stamped in Versa Mark so it would be light.  The flower banner the angel is holding is made with a small punch and I just glued many tiny flowers together and bunched them up, then added a tiny little sparkle thing ( not sure what its called) I bought in the cake section of a Michael's  craft store.

 Good morning! Hope you all had a  nice weekend.  Mine was busy ,getting ready for Fathers’ Day. All four of our children and their familys were able to spend the day with us. We swam and just had a blast . My husband said it was a perfect day with all our children with us. I got up early and made a ...thank you... card for the blog hop. I got my inspiration from the far left of the photo only. That was my favorite part . Love the creamy trim and wall. I love this set from Waltzingmouse Stamps: Join Us

 I used foam tape behind the layered leaves.

 A quick post . I made this card Friday morning at 3:30 am . Couldn't sleep but happy to make a card. If you look closely it has three puffed hearts on it. I got the idea of the  leaves  like this in the Stamping Up catalog.   I hope you all enjoy your weekend.

With the stamp I have, I just had to play this one

 I have never made a card for the Ribbon Reel Challenge. When I saw two friends make a card for the challenge and their gorgeous cards, then the inspiration photo…. I knew I had to play . I think I have the perfect stamp for this photo.  I know its more about the color and not the stamp. Since I saw both Jeanne's and Cathy's card I'm sure they inspired me in some way so I want to give them credit. The flower is from Jeanne and I am so glad she didn't listen to me and stuck some red flowers in the bunch she generously gave me…  I love all the gorgeous cards the DT made also , and what is not to love about strawberries and cream…….

I have been wanting to make a weathervane for
as soon as I got the set French Country. I think it
finally came together for me. With 4 stamp sets.

I added Glossy Accents 

This is  for my husband of 36 years.

 This is an anniversary card for my husband of 36 years…. I married young!  I wanted it to say thank you on the front of the card because  he has given me 36 wonderful years. God sure has blessed me with a good honest, hard working man. He treats me like a queen. Oh and how he can make me laugh! 
The mountains have always been due north of any home we have lived in , my husband is also my due north… HOME to me. Even though we are older, I still fill the same way about him as I did when I was dating him. 

When my husband saw my last post ( the baby card)  he said you're not going to post that one are you. I laughed and said I did already. 
Onto the card, I used many stamp sets to make this. Waltzingmouse: Join Us, French Country, Michael's craft store for the letters, The dotted round circle is from Denami Design. Spellbinders dies Twisted Metal  Tags and Accents… ( That I had to have after seeing it on Jeanne cards, she also told me that Cathy gave her a great tip when using S. B. dies … use wax paper… the best idea ever !) SB Banner Ribbons and circles.  Papertrey Ink cardstock . Below is the sketch for the Waltzingmouse challenge.

Hope you all had a nice weekend. I did, it was a bit busy, but I like that. I have many blogs to go visit and make comments on. Hope to do that soon.  Erin from Papertrey Ink, had a fun video on how to use  puffed fabric on your card. So this is the one I came up with. My original idea was to use Sweet Baby Dies but then realized it needed to be a single die. So I just grabbed the heart die that was on my desk. I know I did not line up my gingham die to well , but I am just going to pretend it's the fabric not the stamping. :) The bow is meant to be more of a collar not so much a bow.

 Good morning ! Just a quick post for CAS-UAL FRIDAYS.  We just needed to make

 a card using polka dots. I used my 2010 De Nami Design Stamp and a Stampin Up stamp for the sentiment, Papertrey Ink papers and Ink. Off to go visit some of my granddaughters for the day. Then friends coming over tonight  just to hang out and play a game or two.

  Today was a happy day for me as I learned I won Big Cheese of the week at Waltzingmouse Stamps

I was so excited I gave a little scream, my husband thought I saw a mouse , no just found out I am a the Big Cheese of the week. Now he calls me every cheese name he can think of….:)

 I was just so happy and had to share.   Ok this card was quit easy . I used  Papertrey Ink

to get all the info and downloads . I just turned the sketch Nichole made and added the bow before I adhered the paper to the card,  then added a small flower I made . It reminds me a  bit of a ladies shirt.

 I have been waiting all weekend to get a chance to make a card for the Waltzingmouse Stamps Sketch Challenge. This is the 100th Sketch challenge. You should check it out. WARNING that is how I got started….. that... and a few enablers  :) Love these stamps!  I hope to find some more time to make another card.
