I wish I would have left the stitching off... it's so bad :)
I just loved the card Melissa made for MIM today. Patchwork die cuts. I just went in my craft room and made this card before I cleaned up my mess. I decided to try the sewing , I can sew just not very good on paper. I used the Papertrey Ink - Christmas Tree Die ,Fancy Flourishes Stamp Set andThink Big Favorites #20 Mini Stamp Set. the paper is PTI Rustic White.
Now I have to clean up my mess , then I am going to checkin in on all the blogs I missed this weekend.
Tomorrow I get to meet up again, with Cathy: EmptyNestCrafter and Joyce: Cards-by-the-Sea.
Thank you for stoping by.
This turned out so sweet Marybeth ~ great mix of papers! You know I really need to get this flourishes set, I love the way this looks!!
ReplyDeleteLovely card, Marybeth! I think the stitching looks just like Melissa's. Just like Melis said - the quirkier, the better. It gives the tree a lot of character ... the perfect finishing touch!
