Before I could comment, I HAD to pin that fabulous card with all the squares of patterned paper! I LOVED it! You could not have laid out that card any better! I loved it. Loved it! The card with the white embossed background and pretty bow also was so striking. Extra-special good this month Marybeth!!!
ReplyDeleteMarybeth...your cards are awesome! I love the use of the alcohol pens and all of the texture you have created! Love, love, love! I so enjoy looking at all of your work!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness Marybeth, I LOVE all of your projects you really embraced Kara's kit. I love the CAS card that is your favourite. My favourite is the last square card. All the patterned square are lovely--I may need to CASE that one.
ReplyDeleteah-mazing... love, love, love ur cards. I love the embossed golden leave son those tiny trees :)
ReplyDeleteHi Marybeth. I'm becoming a big fan of your work. So beautiful! In your first card with the gold leaf, there is some background text in script which appears to me to be from Jane Austen's Pride and Predjudice. In addition to being a stamp addict, I love all things Austen. Could you tell me how to get that script? Was it a paper or a background stamp? Thanks for any help you can offer.
ReplyDeleteHi Peege, the paper is from Papertrey Ink Dearest Jane pack

The golden leaf, the banner with the house and gorgeous satin ribbon,(the liquid pearls are such an elegant finishing touch!),the embossed background, Jane Austen, the gorgeous little squares with such a meaningful sentiment...
and of course the beautiful fall leaves and acorns!
They all make me feel happy and I think I want a hot cup of cocoa, ha, ha.
With whipped cream of course!
Thanks for the fall inspiration!
Bye,
Marjolein
