I dont think I have ever made a card with such bright colors before.
Welcome!
The top card is before I decided to add more flowers and
pop them up. I like them both, but a bit on the bright side for me.
This is the true color of what they look like in person too!
I used one of my favorite sets... and yes, I do own other sets but this was perfect for the challenge :) I made sure everything was dry then heat embossed in white.
Papertrey Ink : Ink and Stampin Up ink.
Hope you enjoy the Hop!
Thank you for taking the time to comment.
I went shopping for one of the granddaughter's birthday today--at Gymboree of course! And the store was full of bright colors plus lots of neon. So your colors are definitely in fashion. The stamp set is perfect and I LOVE the great watercolor background!

ReplyDeletePS What did you use for your paper base for the watercolor and what did you use for the color? Ink and daubers, or paints, or pencils? Thanks!! D.

ReplyDeleteThis is so gorgeous, Marybeth. I love the bright and bold colors. I had this set and the solid one out to use for the challenge (after I figured out that my set was Embellished and not Embroidered), but I ran out of time. I am going to try to make one just like this, I love it so much.
