I used Stitched Borders 1 on three of my cards.

Hi! I  made these two in a hurry this morning. The all day craft day, I had planned never happened. Hope tomorrow is better. Nothing fancy here as time was interrupted.

Pretend this is milk glass and that’s why you can’t see the sticks inside the jar. 

Hi! Just popping in real quick with this MIM card that I have wanted to make all week. 

It's so warm here today I decided it will be a craft day. I used Betsy’s technique on the jar, 

using the Journal card die for the dots. I colored two of the dots for the eyes.

Muse Challenge #130

Yay I get to use my recently purchased stamps again! I reversed 

this up a bit and used a guitar instead of a sentiment. I will 

add one later or on the inside. 

It was getting dark out when I took this photo but just enough light to not need a flash.

 I use watercolor paper for the top layer just to give my card a bit of texture. 

Happy to say my son Richard is enjoying Kauai this week for some much needed rest,

( with his future inlays(in-laws) and family)  he plays the guitar and drinks :) Haha! Maybe I will send this to him.

A Little Birdie Told Me

Hello! 

I am not much of a real bird watercolor-er

 so not too sure about this card. I used my zig pens.  I did love paring it with this 

 leaf stamp. 

I shouldn’t even say but I did forget to attach the upper wing on the bird on the left. 

There is a more detailed wing to add if you want and even cute hats and Christmas holly, 

this is such a fun little bird did with so many possibilities.

A Very Simple Card

Hello! I hope you all enjoyed a great weekend.

We spent the day at Disneyland yesterday, it was fun but way too hot and humid for me.

 Anything for Emma, our granddaughter that turned 10!

  Here is a card I made in the wee hours of morning Sunday. 

 I had to have a few of the new MFT stamp sets after I saw the darling cards  Kay created.  

All I really want  to do is CASE everything Kay makes. 

I did add a few white dots like Kay but not in the same places :)

Make It Monday #221: Masking Sentiments

Ashley showed us how to mask sentiments, 

with some beautiful cards she made.

I wanted to play along with ColourQ too, so I made 

sure I used these colors. 

I love masking and I used those labels I order for another MIM . 

Don’t think I have ever masked a sentiment before, 

always learning new things from Papertrey Ink’s MIM!

Hello, I am sneaking this card in as DH naps. He just came home from his week long fishing trip in Canada with friends and our grandson, near Cedar Lake Lodge. His friend has his own small island they have been going to for over 20 years. 

I am loving the black and gold on this Christmas card. I used my Poppystamps [1299] DIES- Stitched Holly Leaves and Berries. I cut the leaves out of watercolor paper then used my Zig pens and just a bit of water!

Tag You’re It!

Hello!

Jen designed this darling card and here is my take on it ,

 using all Poppystamps products.

To color the balloons I used my Zig brush pens and for the shakers 

I used my Fuse Tool. This tag come with quite a few sizes, these are the two largest, so it's a nice big tag!
