 We unexpectedly lost a dear friend this morning, 

needless to say I am kind of out of it. 

Still working out some photo issues

I made some birthday / Christmas thank you cards to share. Simply heat embossed in gold then layered on a little notecard.

 Hi there friends, long time no see! It’s been a very busy time at our house. 

Cant wait until next week to get back in the swing of things!

thank you cards!

On the card above I fussy cut the bear, added a heart from ;

Poppystamps, Grateful Heart Die Set and Stitched Divider. 

So sorry about the photos! 

Using my new Poppystamps die called Dotted Curve and 

stitched it up with the pretty silver string that Jessica 

included with the kit.

Im having trouble with PicMonkey, couldn’t edit my photos like I am used too. 

On a few of my cards I used a new die from Poppystamps called Stitched Divider.

Merry Christmas

Hello! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

I’ve been quiet on my blog, with so much to do for Christmas.

Just wanted to pop in and say hello.

When I saw my sweet friend Michele from I Card Everyone use this adorable stamp set from WPlus9 I just had to have it! I loved the cards Michele posted on Instagram, made with the black sky. As soon as I received this stamp set a few weeks ago I made some cards very similar to Michele’s, I didn’t have the same sky as her so I lightly rubbed my Papertrey Ink white snow ink over the embossed panel . The stitched hills are from Mama Elephant, I used Zig pens, Copic markers and more:)

Hi friends! Hope your December is a good one for you so far! I took a bit of a break from blogs and created this wreath. Sorry I know I have been missing all your beautiful projects, sorry!

A few weeks ago jennifermcguireink shared that she was making lots of pompoms, well I had to get in on it too! I had so much fun making them and kinda knew all along I wanted to make a wreath. I wish you could see this in person, I am SO in love with this wreath! I used different kinds of yarn, some thin, thick and fine. I wanted slight variations of cream to white This is so addictive and not a good idea to get into with so much going on before Christmas.

 Now all my girls want one, they will have to wait.

I also made many just to put on Christmas gifts and will do the same for Birthdays etc.

 How many of you got hooked after seeing Jennifer’s post on Instagram, like me?

 card using the products I already have. I did some embossing and used my Zig pens right on the stamp.

Good Morning! One night this weekend I couldn’t sleep, so I made this card for MFT Sketch Challenge.

Everything is shaded with a dry brush for color on white

Make It Monday #269: Embossed + Outlined Backgrounds

Hello! Playing along with Papertrey Ink’s Make It Monday!

It’s kinda hard to see Betsy’s technique  that I used on my card ,

I even blended red ink on top of my outline.

Couldn’t fined my white embossing powder so I used 

white pearl embossing powder.

 I tried many backgrounds and was not happy so I stuck 

with using this new split stamp, because I like it so much!

I have a space between my design and lots of white space 

on my cards.

The card above is stamped on white that I blended with green then stamped it.

I decided I had to have the splits stamp set, when I saw

 Ksenija Rizova create so many beautiful Christmas

 cards with it! You can see her beautiful cards  HERE

I am so happy I bought this set , not sure how I missed it, when it first came out. Ive seen many of you use it so beautifully.

Christmas Mouse!

Make It Monday #268: Double-Layer Tags with Dawn

 Hi there friends! Late at posting my tags I needed to retake my photos, the first photos were too dark 

and I finally got around to taking new one the other day. You know how much I love to 

play along with MIM. Dawn has a sweet video , link above.

I noticed I got a drop of water on my holly leave but I still love this tag and had so much 

fun using all the tiny stamps and dies include in this adorable
