Anything Goes Challenge

Hey there!
(My dad would tell me hay is for horses.)

Welcome to a new Serendipity Stamps Challenge

For this card I used my zig pens. I brushed the pen on the stamp, a little bit of blue and the rest red. After I stamped it on the wc paper I moved the ink around with a water brush. On the first card I did stripes and on the second I  just blended it a bit more for a solid color.

The one is EASY: Make anything you want just make sure you use at least one Serendipity Stamp
or die on your project!  Have fun and a chance to win a $20.00 gift card.
Take care!

  1. Oh, I will need to have a play too! I love how you have done this, Marybeth! I am also a big fan of your watercolour paper mounted on the White cardstock! Creates such a classy, subtle contrast!

  2. Oooohhhhh.... Love the "flag" inspired coloring. My Zigs and I still haven't made friends! Lovely cards with the clean and crisp style that I always admire!

  7. Well, you are quite the enabler! After seeing all your Zig pen beauties, I just ordered a set! Honestly, I should stop visiting. You are the reason for my misti too! Dear Marybeth, your sweet (mostly red, yeah!) map has me wanting to play along. Will try. My time seems shorter these days. Or maybe I'm just slower. Forbid the thought! Have a wonderful rest of the week!

  8. Love both of these cards--and how you water colored each one differently. So very happy that I already have those Zig pens--if not, I would be running out to get them.

  14. Yep! My dad would say the same exact thing! I'm enjoying seeing you watercolor - something I'm experimenting with more and more too so we can watch each other grow. I like the one with the stripes best! It's clever and really caught my eye! You know I love anything you do in red white and blue!
