Happy Friday to you all! This darling Sweet On You die from Wplus9 came in the mail last night (super fast shipping)First thing this morning I made this sweet pin. I have a very deep cut on my right thumb so I could only sew the beads and the rest is hot glued. ( I would prefer to sew it all. Good to know the hot glue worked just fine.

We will be celebrating our very first grandchilds birthday this weekend he will be 16 ..... Time is going by so fast, first with our own beautiful children now the grandkids. Blessed beyond measure. 

It's a good thing I am not getting any older 😉.

The Card Concept #64- Pretty Things 

Hi there and thank you for all your prayers , kind words and thoughts at the loss of a very dear friend!

I couldn't sleep so I made this card at 3am this morning.

I knew I wanted to use the Watercolored Anemones from Wplus9, this pretty patterned paper from My Mind's Eye,on trend 2 that was part of a Christmas gift and my brand new Poppystamps; Tailored Stitches #1788.  I lightly stamped my sentiment using Soft Stone from Papertrey Ink using the Prayer stamp from Simon Says Stamp.

I love these new Tailored Stitched Dies it's one long strip and this one comes with 3! I just placed it where I wanted and then again on the other side, so you can totally make your own design.
I love the flowers from Wplus9 when I showed my husband he thought I painted them :) I told him its all in the stamp.

Merry Christmas

Hello! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

I’ve been quiet on my blog, with so much to do for Christmas.

Just wanted to pop in and say hello.

When I saw my sweet friend Michele from I Card Everyone use this adorable stamp set from WPlus9 I just had to have it! I loved the cards Michele posted on Instagram, made with the black sky. As soon as I received this stamp set a few weeks ago I made some cards very similar to Michele’s, I didn’t have the same sky as her so I lightly rubbed my Papertrey Ink white snow ink over the embossed panel . The stitched hills are from Mama Elephant, I used Zig pens, Copic markers and more:)

Muse Challenge #169 

Hello! 

 This is  Michele Ferguson’s last Muse Challenge. 

I want play along so I made a card last night. Michele is going places :)

I chose to use the word smile and add something to a vellum pocket.

Not sure if you can see, but this is a very tiny shaker card with 

   Sweet Pea Sequins Mix   from Pretty Pink Posh, thicker vellum

from Papertrey Ink . You can hear it shake in person.

This was a very fast card for me , I was just playing around with my new Summer Blooms from Wplus9 , that came in the mail a few days ago. I love the super fast shipping and it cost under $3 to ship !!! So if I decide I want another set it won’t break the bank, I love that! 

 Anyway this was the very first image i stamped , I know nothing fancy , but I have lots of ides for this set! I think I will get use out of it all year round!

Hello! 

 I was inspired by Michele’s gorgeous Muse card and the inspiration photo for the Card Concept.

 I decided not to add a sentiment on the outside only the inside .

 I stamped a bunch of  Wplus9 flowers and kept changing my arrangement.

I am happy with this one with the exception of , maybe the eyeball looking :) berries after I added my GA.

Tracey McNeely is the Muse for this week with this beautiful card!

Hello! I was inspired by Tracey’s , beautiful bloom and colors!

My stamping technique was inspired from the amazing video (link below) by Yana Smakula on Wplus9 blog.

Love this set so much, I woke up at 2am to make this card then had to wait for the sun to come up.

Each flower is stamped in one color with a bit of white on top

then stamped in the same color again.

 Hello and happy Monday to you all! 

I got my happy mail form Wplus9 in, two days I think! 

The shipping price is amazing too!

This is my very first go using this new stamp set.

 I was just going to stamp images and then make a book mark that I needed.

 I kinda liked it mistakes and all! So I turned it into this birthday card! 

I stamped a few things wrong but like I said this was my first go.

I do love this set! Freehand Florals and Strictly Sentiments  from Wplus9 

The little felt butterfly is from Memory box!  I made a bunch of felt products for a look book.

 Hi sweet friends! Hope you all had a beautiful weekend! 

We enjoyed some wonderful weather 

and a few of the grandchildren

I was inspired by the colors of #2,#6 and #9

I used glitter embossing powder on my stamped image.

As soon as I got my newBeautiful Bouquet: Ranunculus from Wplus9 and my new Memory box Postage Squares I had to try and make a card like Jennifer McGuire ( she makes everything look so easy) Not the best blending with my Zig pens but I am happy with the way it turned out for a first try! Love the new Bouquet stamps!

Muse Challenge #127

Hello! Yay and happy weekend to you!

I started out using the leaves like Joan Bardee , then kept added these flowers from Wplus9 because I had too much fun coloring them, with my Zig brush pens.

All I did was brush my stamps with the pens then stamped the die cuts and used my water pen to move the ink around just a bit. I love how these turned out. 

A few weeks ago while visiting my friend Joyce , she let us; Kim Cathy and I use her new Zig brush pens. I had to have them and I am so happy I placed my order. I love them! Some of you already have them and feel the same way.

Throwback Thursday #2 - Very Vintage Florals Wplus9

Since I have many layers on this card I am adding it to :Virginia’s View Challenge #14 

I forced myself take a few minutes to make a card and I am glad I did. This took less than 30 minutes to create and I want to make lots more just like it! This was just the break I needed.  The MISTI makes everything easier !
