Christmas With A Little Bit Of Beach

Merry Monday #150...GIFTS!

Hi! Hope you all enjoyed a great weekend.

This card has quite a mix of products on it. I woke up early and then had to wait to take a picture because the sun was so bright in the room I take my photos in.

I layered my bow with the tiny bow that comes with the Baby Bootie, from Serendipity Stamps.

We had a beautiful day at Malibu Beach on Saturday for our granddaughters birthday. It was unseasonably warm. Our GD got this huge paddle board for her birthday. While she was in the water close to the shore this baby seal tried to climb on with her. ( it did scare her a bit at first)  The baby seal decided to stay on shore for several hours by the time he went back in the water his fur was dry and fluffy . It was a great day, we saw whales, seals and dolphins.

Little Bit Of This Little Bit Of That

Hello! I have a card and some Petite Places Church globes to share with you that I made in a hurry.

I don’t think I could have stamped these so nicely and fast  without my MISTI. I realize the eggs are not proportionate to the size of the church , but the kids will love shaking the large colorful eggs.

I used a lot of fun foam under many of my cut images.

CAS(E) this Sketch #114

I loved this sketch byGayatri!

The card above is the first card I made, then when cleaning up I thought I would add some fun foam to the piece I cut out and add it to the card. Not sure which one I like best.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, it’s going to be a warm one here in California. We will be spending the day at the beach as our first granddaughter turns10. Its seems like only yesterday she was born. After the beach we will all go out to dinner at Dukes on the beach.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have beautiful weather wherever you live.

Welcome to the March Blog Hop!

I made this simple card layering the word and bootie die 3 times.  I left all the pieces in, it is just as cute with the pieces out of the bootie. I used a tiny piece of twine, from the Twinery, then added the tiny bow that comes with the bootie die.

The craft paper was left over from one of the 12 Kits Of Occasions Kits

The card is above it for Retro sketches

I am pleasantly pleased with this fast watercolor for the background of my card. Under a few of the flowers I added some fun foam, I like the way it makes for a more even pop up.

I wanted to share this cute picture of my daughter and son-i-l, they were hosting a.. going away party at their house a few weeks ago .

 God Bless!

Make It Monday #203: Doodling With Stamps

Ashley made a beautiful card this week with doodling.

Hello, I am so happy you stopped by my blog today.
I lightly doodled as I didn’t have a lot of time and my pen was dry.

colourQ challenge #282...

After seeing this posted I want to move that top flower down about a half inch.

I am only about a year late in ordering what I think might be the best flower stamp set ever! Not sure why I didn’t buy this when it first came out. I have seen so many gorgeous cards made with this set by many.  Well, I have it now and I couldn’t be happier. Even better now that I have the MISTI!

Ive got a bust day ahead , hope you have a wonderful one!
God Bless!

Hello! I am so excited to be the Guest Designer for CAS(E) this sketch!

I received an email from Chrissy Larson and of course I said yes!

I was also very excited when I saw this sketch by N@ Ali ! I knew I would have fun making a card.

Funny thing, I sent this card to a dear friend for her birthday and then I realized I was about 3 weeks early. I guess its better than late.

I stamped the flowers in two colors and stamped with a bit darker in at the edged.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hello! Welcome to a new challenge. The DT was asked to make a St. Patricks Day Card but all you need to do is use the theme above and at least one Serendipity Stamps product.

Please welcome our guest designer for the month: Karen Dunbrook of Snippets. Welcome Karen!

This is just a little tag I made for fun and it has more color than my card. I used the tiny shamrock from the tail of the word die in my shaker. There is one solid shamrock, if you find it you will have luck :)!

Please keep Mary the owner of Serendipity Stamps in your prayers as she had a mishap over the weekend and had surgery today. Deliveries will be a bit delayed.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Blessings
