Same card just different picture!

I seem to be making a lot of red,white and blue!

Quick post for PapertreyInk MIM!   

My intent was to make this card for Operation Write Home. Without thinking  I realized the paper that has glitter on it! Glitter of any kind may NOT be used.  If a bit on glitter gets on the clothing it could show up on night vision and be very dangerous!

 I have two sisters with their birthdays in July, so this will get used. 

We were asked to use banners. I added a few PTI stars in my banner. Everything is from Papertrey Ink, but the glitter paper.

This is such a sunny day, even the sun needed sunglasses!

I have one more card for the Lil Inkers Sunny Day challenge. Did you know my sun is also Lil Inkers? Well, it is! I took Connected Circles cut it apart and embossed it, the bottom wave is also from CC. The sun gasses were giving to me my a sister who gave up all her craft supplies she never used. 

Everything is from Lil Inkers but the sail boat, that is from Papertrey Ink, paper too!

Lil Inkers Designs Sunny Days challenge

I cant remember what I saved this tube from but knew I could fill it up with Martha 

Stewarts tiny beads for the pinwheel stick.

 Good morning! I made this card last night. When I saw 

 Sharron’s card with the pinwheel , I decided I had to play! I received my Stitched Mats: Squares  yesterday! 

A few weeks before that I received my  Stitched Mats:

 Rectangles and dont know what I did without them.  So I

 decided not to wait anymore and just get the squares.

 I am telling you …you can save so much paper! See the yellow paper…. well, there is a big hole in the middle, because I took a smaller square and cut it out.( now I have it for another project) Why waste the center no one can see that there is a big hole.

I didn't take pictures for this card but I did for one I made Here.

This is from another card. I cut out the center of the frame then place the white card on top , I still have a frame around the white and the cutout piece on top is saved for another project! It is so easy to do this with the rectangles and squares. It makes me happy to not waste paper. Maybe... most of you do this already , but I thought I would share for those of you who don't.

Hope you find time to play along , you only need to use at least one Serendipity Stamp, could be a sentiment stamp if you have one. 

 This was an easy card to make and color! I have a lime tree that I love so I knew I would use this stamp . Its very clean and simple.  I added the smile tag because like the saying says.. rearrange the letters and spell “smile”.

 Hi ,another quick post for Make it Monday... Paper Piecing.  Most of you know how much I love paper piecing, and that I find it very relaxing. So why not give it a try and check out the MIM video. I used an older set from Papertrey Ink for this one…. Delightful Dahlia, and some old PTI patterned paper and a bit of new from a craft store. I had the glitter hearts leftover from another MIM challenge. I hope you have a wonderful week !

Waltzingmouse Blog Party , Schools Out

WMS May Blog Party–Teacher Appreciation

 Welcome to the Waltzingmouse Blog Party.  I know my last card was stars as well, but this just worked. The theme is Schools out. I made this thank you card for one of my daughters. The school colors are navy and red, they even have stars on their schools shirts. I thought this would be a perfect teacher thank you card! I die cut the Starry Die  twice on the white cardstock  then adhered a layer of red and navy under the white. The stars are not on top of the white.
