Owl Die Blog Hop

Welcome to the Serendipity Owl Die Blog Hop.
This die is so detailed and cuts like butter!

What a fun die you can leave him with all the pieces in( like I did) or have them out. He doesn't have to be for Halloween he can be used any time of the year. He's very wise but I tried to make him just a bit silly.
Thanks for stoping by.
Next on the hop is Miriam Napier

If you leave a comment, by Oct. 20 on all the DT blogs you could win 10$ off your order. Winner will be announced Oct 21.

The Shabby Tea Room

The Shabby Tea Room

INCLUDE A FALL THEME, PUMPKINS AND A STAMPED SENTIMENT!

Hello. I took my inspiration from the wreath on the fireplace for my card. Even though it may look like a pear this is my pumpkin wreath. Pumpkins come in all shapes. :) Not sure why my kraft cards stock looks so grainy.
I used Waltzingmouse Stamps for the sentiment and
 Wplus9 for the wreath.
Thanks so much for stoping by and  taking the time to comment.

Merry Monday and Simon Says

Use a bird on your Christmas Card

Use clear or rubber stamps.

On the inside of my card I used :
Hero Arts Greatest Gift, Clear Stamps!

Hi! On the outside of my card I used one of my older dies that
I love: memory box Twigs and Berries and Perched Reed Bird.
We enjoyed some rare rain here in California, with a bit of cold air, not the norm for us. I think we are going to warm up again, it was nice for a bit! Hope you have wonderful weather where ever you are.
Hope all my friends to the north in Canada have a wonderful Thanksgiving !

SSCB #20 Paper Piecing

This picture shows the bit of shimmer from the glitter pen.

Welcome to a new challenge! This time we were asked to" paper piece"…… something I absolutely love doing.

Tip of the day…don't stamp your sentiment after you have added foam tape. ( I knew better)

I love fussy cutting and find it so relaxing. I don't have to worry about staying in the lines either. I paper pieced the chest too but it almost looks like I colored it.

In this picture I was trying to show that the main part of the card
is raised above the patterned paper. ( I used foam tape)

Love this Pirate Puppy Cling Set

How easy !
You have a chance to win 20$ off your order.
Sale this week  is buy 3 get the 4th one free, through 10/16/13. Just in time for Christmas…so many gorgeous stamps to choose from.

Please check out the rest of the Design Team.

Birthday Card and A Bit about Delaney

My card ties in with the “fun” I see on the cards.

Addicted To Stamps and More Challenge

Please check back later for my Serendipity Stamps Challenge.

This month has a lot going on, but it is also:

Down Syndrome Awareness Month.

Some of you know I have a granddaughter with DS..she is such a blessing and we are the blessed ones to have her in our life.
Well, with lots of hard work and much persistence by her mom and dad she is mainstreamed. Delaney goes to the same school as her other sister and brothers….. that’s all she wants…. to go to school just like them. She is thriving! Thank God! Ok, back to the card she has a very sweet friend at school named Hunter… . Hunter has been a very sweet, kind and loving friend to Delaney. This card is for her, she invited Delaney to her birthday party …. That’s all a mom wants is for her child :to do everyday things…. Delaney does believe me!
Just wanted to remind you! Thanks for listening.

Dynamic duos, Link Up for Pink and DLArt

Trying to get this one in on time . I will be back to do a write up.

I saw this link from Joyce’s blog. I had about 30 min to make and post…wow that was fast for me.

I used my Lawn Fawn Leaves and my favorite sentiment stamp from WMS Big Day - Today . I made a few cards that I will be posting on the 5th and I did an inlay like this
one so the idea was at least fast.

 Thanks for stopping by.
