I think this might be my very first time playing a t CASE Study
Beautiful Inspiration photo by Angline Yong!
Good morning! I am finding it very hard to concentrate this morning, but I am trying. Hopefully I will be better Tuesday night. I have to be honest I made two other cards for this and I am only posting this one, I think! I cut strips of paper then embossed them with some old Cuttlebug folders. Added this bow, from ribbon I bought at Hobby Lobby. Die is from Spellbinders and stamp is from Paper Inspirations.
Congratulations Jeanne and Maureen

Wonderful card. The embossing white on white is so elegant, and your red and white ribbon is so festive.

ReplyDeleteWow this is a stunning take on the challenge. Love that you used embossing rather than colour - very striking. Thanks for joining us at CASE Study this week :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great take on this sketch! I love the different embossing pattern on each strip, and then that candy cane ribbon ties it all together perfectly :)

This stands out like a candy cane in a snow drift. Just scrummy as all get out!! I can't believe you just knocked this out when you weren't feeling well! Another winner in my book.
ReplyDeleteWow Marybeth neat idea! I am going to have to try this! I have been having mojo issues the past few weeks and have only made one card! Hope all is well!
