Happy Birthday Jeanne!
Well, we don't know for sure when Jeanne’s Birthday is. Jeanne likes to give and do for
others and never wants any credit for what she does . So, Jeanne’s good friend Cathy: EmptyNestCrafter found out that her birthday is in November. Looks like we will have it covered that way. Cathy is hosting the birthday blog hop for,
Jeanne: AKeptLife. Thank you Cathy.
I got to know Jeanne from our 12 Kits of Christmas. I enjoy our email talks and have gotten to know her pretty well. She is as sweet as the gorgeous cards she makes . Jeanne is on a lot of Design Teams and I am sure wanted by many more. She is also a cover girl!
Jeanne makes such elegant… fancy... cards, I knew her card had to have some bling to it. The paper I used is quite glittery, I figured maybe that would be enough. I kept the bow simple because I felt the paper had enough going on. This is not a typical Jeanne bow. Enjoy your birthday Blog hop!
Lovely card. Love that glittery paper. At first I thought it was embossed.
ReplyDeleteThe glitter on the tress is darling.
This is a really sweet idea. Love your very elegant card!
ReplyDeleteThis is so elegant. What a great B-day card. Now I think I want that stamp set.

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the beautiful card Marybeth! It is simply drop dead gorgeous - all the bling and glitter and I can tell you this card is even nicer in person. As if that didn't stop me in my tracks to find a blog hop today definately did! I am so glad we met Marybeth - I should be thanking you for all my free therapy sessions! You're the best!

Jeanne is a girly girl :)...
and the neutral colors with it...
gorgeous!
And there's nothing wrong with that beautiful bow! :)
Another lovely card, Marybeth. It was special of you to make your card in Jeanne's style. And I think you did a good job with your bow!
ReplyDeleteI am so enamored with both the Autumn Hills and Winter Hills stamp sets. As I see them used the way you have without copics, I think that maybe I could use one of those sets.
Hi again, Marybeth. I have not been on the net lately. My friend Liz said I positively had to see your card, and visit it first before doing anything else. She was right! I love the fact that the glitter and other bling takes center stage, but in such an elegant way. and you used the Autumn Hills set. I will be stealing your layout too, since you've made such beautiful cards with it.
ReplyDeleteI would love to leave comments on all your lovely posts. You can make any style work - what an artist! So glad you let me sign up for the email. There's always a treat in my mailbox now.
If I don't get to visit again before Thanksgiving, have a wonderful, and I'm sure, beautiful holiday.
