October 12 Kits of Christmas

We decided to post a few day late due to the storm.
You are all in my prayers  and thoughts!

Welcome to the 12 Kits of Christmas! If you are
new to this post please HERE
Our wonderful and very fun host of this month is
Jessica: The Paper Parade Jessica is also on
the Design Team at Paper Smooches Sparks.
Thank you so much Jessica, I had so much fun!

This is what was in our wonderful kit!
Im so bad I cant even remember who ended up
Taking the photo this month!

Girls, I will be gone all day and cant wait to see what you have made when I get back.

Be Jolly
I love this one. I embossed using the Lil Inkers frame

Santa
I am in need of many tags, so I made quite a few and even saved ( hoarded) some paper
to make some more.

I used score tape adhered the strips of paper then cut the tag.

I just loved this striped paper

Love this tag die from Papertrey Ink too!

Isn't he just too cute!

All I had to do on this one was punch a hole, add the ribbon
and a bit of bling. I also put a sentiment that Jessica made
on the back of this tag.

This one was going to be a full sized card, then I messed up and
turned it into a tag. Not a bad save….. hey!

Thank you again Jessica for such a fun and beautiful kit!
Thank you!  Please stop by and see what the other have made with the same kit.

  1. What a great collection of projects. That was such a great idea--to make tags. I am going to do that (copy you) with some of my extras. I love how you put red bling in that penguin's eyes. He looks like he had a little too much eggnog!

  17. Marybeth these are all gorgeous! I love the way you used the tags on the cards as focal points - I need to try this!!! I love all the sweet and adorable Christmas tags you created. I just started making tags on Saturday night and I gave them all to my sister and didn't remember to take a picture first. She is up visiting this week from Oregon.

  19. Marybeth, you are just so clever...what a wonderful idea of using so many of the stamped images for your tags, each and everyone is just as cute as the next! So happy that I have left overs and may even need to get one of these sets, so much fun. Fabulous and fun collection of cards.

  20. Hi Marybeth, I love so many of the things you did with this kit; however, can you tell me which die you used for the several oblong tags with the embossed dots around the edges? I think it is a PTI die, but the name escapes me. I especially like the card with the snowman tag that says, "Be Jolly!" So cute! It is that tag that I would like you to identify for me, if you would. Thank you so much—I appreciate your help!

  21. The tag is Tag Sale # 3 from Papertrey Ink and the stamps are from Paper Smooches. The embossed frame is from Lil Inkers Design. Sorry looks like I forgot to list my supplies this month. Hope this helps. I had no way to contact you.

  25. I think I was going around the hop on this when I went down. Your tags, each and every one of them, are perfection!! Now I feel like I'm stalking you, ha! Would you please put your cards on a Pinterest board so I can follow you and not have to pin each one individually?! (Let me know if I'm missing your Pin button.)
