I made this thank you card a few weeks ago.
I thought it was kinda pretty so I thought I would share it. It's not for a challenge just for a very kind and generous person.
I made this with my Hatboxes Serendipity Stamps.
I over heated this a bit. If it was not the week the baby
was born I would have redone the embossing. The hatbox stamp I used is very detailed , but since I over heated and melted it you cant see all the detail.
Thanks for taking a peek.
Your card is beautiful what a great stamp.

Love the pretty pink gingham you've used Marybeth and your divine bow! Your friend won't notice the overheating one bit, it's a lovely card!
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful card Marybeth, the gingham creates such a beautiful background for your white embossed images. No signs of overheating! ;)
ReplyDeleteI think it's beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLove the colors...
and I've noticed that my white embossing powder does this too...
it's the powder!
I'm going to pick up some Ranger the next time I'm in Archiver's! :)
Oh, it's beautiful, Marybeth! The hat boxes look so girlie and so pretty with the gingham. Love your gorgeous bow with the bling and that sentiment tag done in a floral paper!
ReplyDeleteLove this! I've never seen a hat box stamp before. How totally elegant and retro. I think having a new baby is the worlds greatest excuse for overheating your embossing a little bit. Anyway, I would not have noticed if you hadn't mentioned it.
ReplyDeleteIt's MORE than kinda pretty! Just STUNNING! LOVE the hatboxes and your bow is FAB!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet and very pretty!
