I paper pieced the gloves, pots, pruning
sheers and the main image.
I loved the colours in this week ColourQ, I have not had a chance to play in a while , happy I got the chance today.
Thanks for telling me Joyce!
I saw this card Garden Basket Jenny made and I thought I had the same stamp. Mine is different, and of course I don't color as well, but I think it turned out nice anyway. This is another new die I bought, it's not modern or anything but something about it I just love. I guess I am just getting older . I enjoyed making this one and might make a few more to have on hand it was very relaxing coloring for a change. The gloves are paper pieced with patterned paper. The stamps are from yep…Serendipity Stamps ,
Paper from Papertrey Ink, and the dies are
Spellbinders Majestic Elements
You have a chance to win 20$ off your order
Happy Birthday is also from Serendipity Stamps

This is such a pretty and serene card. All the details are really wonderful. I like how you colored the image, and those paper pieced gloves are great. You should enter this into the SSS paper piecing challenge.

ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful card Marybeth - it conjures up images of a warm Summer day, pottering around the garden. No chance of that here in the UK, as we have lots of snow right now!
