I couldn’t wait to CASE this amazing card of Laura’s
So happy Papertrey Ink is having this fun challenge.
I was not sure about stamping this flower in black as it was so bold but I think it worked ok. I used Copic markers to color the blooms.
A few times a year, I am lucky enough to get together with some wonderful ( and I do mean wonderful ) blog friends! Joyce is kind enough to host this event every year. Kim is so sweet to fly in for this all day fun event and Cathy and I chat the entire two hour drive to Joyce’s house. We laugh and craft!

The black is the perfect outline for those bold blooms! Love the whole case idea PTI came up with! Gives us all a chance to see what we'd do with the designer's beauties! Gorgeous card!

This is just so beautiful Marybeth, I love the gingham border and your flowers are just gorgeous, love your take on Laura's card! I had so much fun hanging out with you yesterday, so fun and so much laughing! I will never be able to look at chap stick and not burst into laughter! So looking forward to next year! A beautiful CASE of Laura's card, Marybeth ... the rich colours are so striking with the black and white gingham ... and all that glorious white space ... fabulous!
