Hi there! Oh my gosh... can you believe it's April!
Well it's time for the Serendipity Stamps blog hop and a chance
to win a $20 certificate to Serendipity Stamps Store
So many fun new dies and stamps!
I just love this sister stamp, I have 6 sisters that I could give this card to.
I made my flowers using the dies from the new Playing Cards and Suites dies. I used the club for the bloom and the hearts for the leaves. I just cut the tail off the club made a tiny slit in each club then placed them together. I tucked the hearts in upside down.

What a great sentiment and sweet card Marybeth! You're so clever to have used those dies in the ways you did. Pure genius!!
ReplyDeleteMarybeth, I LOVE your gorgeous gingham flowers! They are so sweet and thoughtful!
ReplyDeleteTake care!

I love the fresh spring look of the gingham Marybeth, and I love that sentiment too!
ReplyDeleteThe first thing that caught my eye was all the lovely gingham. What a great way to extend the use of the dies for your stylized flowers. I, too, have sisters (literally and figuratively) who've picked me up in lots of ways who'd get a chuckle out of the sentiment. We are all good at supporting each other and sharing laughs, even in situations where others would question our sanity.
ReplyDeleteLove those sweet gingham blooms Marybeth! This is s darling card. The sentiment is too much fun ~ heehee!
ReplyDeleteLove those sweet blooms in the gingham. Your card is adorable and I loved the sentiment and it is so true. Made me laugh out loud.

ReplyDeleteLove that sister stamp. Perfect for you, and anyone who has a sister. You framed it so nicely with your flowers.
ReplyDeleteVery clever way to stretch your stamps and dies using hearts and clubs for leaves and flowers. Love that Sister stamp and die! Lucky you to have six sisters. My one and only is my best friend!

Never had a sister so I'd have to alter it
