Welcome to The 12 Kits of Occasions !
We also have two new guest this month... Welcome
I added a bit of shimmer, dots and Glossy Accents to the strawberries and middle layers.
I used Lawn Fawn stitched layers and Papertrey Ink - Mix & Mat: Flourishes Die to frame the card above .
Birgit had this darling apron already assembled, times 14 !!!
This card pretty much made itself! The one below too!
The card below went to dear friends, of over 25 years and they are moving away! They have always been there for me and my family, the kind of friends you can call last minute and meet for dinner lunch or come over and play cards, etc! I know we will keep in touch but they won't be close by anymore :(
As you can see , Brigit sent out... one amazing kit! Many of my cards made themselves thanks to all the hard work Brigit already did! For more info and to see what the rest of the design team created please stop by

I knew I'd be oohing and aahing over all of your cards Marybeth. They're all stunning!! I don't know you you do it but everything you make seems to have the Midas touch. Your CAS style is over the top amazing and I wish I could be better at it like you. The cake card is so sweet and the cake just seems to pop of that light pink background. The added shimmer and GA really takes this card over the top. The tulip card is simply darling and I love how they're gently falling down the card. Such a clever idea... The fruit with the polka dotted background is so bright and cheerful too. They're all wonderful! What fun to see my first kit be used by so many talented crafty ladies. I can't thank you enough for letting me join this amazing group. <3
ReplyDeleteWhat a stunning collection of cards, love every one of them. Fabulous kit put together by Birgit.
ReplyDeleteWOW...you never cease to amaze me with your CAS style Marybeth! I'm always left thinking "Now why didn't I think of that?!" ALL of your cards are simply GORGEOUS! Love how you colored only a few areas of the sweet little girl pulling her wagon with red...that card is pure perfection! Love your tulip card too...SO pretty! Well done Marybeth, well done!! :0)
ReplyDeleteGood Morning! Couldn't wait to see all you did with Birgit's kit. I agree, she did so much of the work, most of the cards put themselves together. Love how you gave movement to the tulips, and let the sentiments shine in each and every card. Little Miss Ramona is adorable in red and white, one of my favs! Hugs!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful CAS cards. You are amazing. I love seeing how everyone comes up with such different cards and sometimes not so different. This was so fun using Birgit's great kit.
ReplyDeleteYour cards are amazing! I just wish I could CASE more of them, but we used much of the same supplies. I especially love how you selectively colored the sweet image with just red and white. So sorry to hear about your friends. I still miss my neighbor so much and we only got to live close a few years.
ReplyDeleteMarybeth your cards are oh so pretty! Especially LOve that juicy lemon cozy'd up with all those sweet little fruits! Tons to CASE here! xx

ReplyDeleteOH how fun are all of these! I love all the fruit! You did a beautiful job with the kit this month! The apron card is totally adorable! Thank you so much for the sweet comment on my blog :) My eyes have been bothering me lately, so I have tried not to be on the computer as much, so I'm behind on all of my commenting and keeping up with everyone :)
ReplyDeleteWhat stunning cards!! I love all the layering you did with the images.

ReplyDeleteWans't this s fun kit to work with!! I love everything you've created Marybeth. The pretty little cluster of fruit with the polka dot background makes me happy!! Also love that you too used a dark background with the cute cherry die cut. I'll bet your friends will miss you and your family and that they too feel blessed having you in their lives!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful group of cards -- each stunning in its own right!
ReplyDeleteThese are all gorgeous, Marybeth ... such wonderful detailing on each one ... delicious cake, luscious fruit, cute apron, lovely tulips and just the most adorable little girl pulling her red cart ... so sweet and whimsical! It's hard when friends move away, especially when they're kindred spirits ... and while you'll miss them heaps, it sure must have been a joy to have had such special people close by for so long! Hugs, Anita :)

Im always happy to stop by and see how my sweet friend is doing! Your cards with this kit are all beautiful Marybeth! I love the pop of color on the girl with the wagon, and the split design on the tulips - like a breath of fresh air - the lace on the yellow card stock! The cake with the berries on top? Wonderful! Wish I had seen to put them together like you did!
