Autumn Days 12 Kits

 Hello and Happy Halloween!

Well, it's that time of month when we share what each team member has made with the card kit that was sent out to us. Our host for the month is the sweet and talented  Sharron : On Papillon Wings. Oh, what a pretty kit!

For the card above, I die cut a few of the patterned papers with Poppystamps die .

I colored the leaf with zig pens and shimmer over that. I used the
Crimped Frame Die  from The Greetery for the frame. The envelope liner was cut using an envelope liner then :2236 Maple Leaf Side Strips and Stencil craft die from Poppystamps

I used lots of scraps for this one all cut the same width then taped together. I used some foam to raise the upper panel .

I went ahead and colored in the cute pie image , always afraid with only one  chance to get it right.

Thanks so much for stopping by! As you can see Sharron sent out a beautiful fall kit with many images I didn't have . Thank you Sharron.
Please stop by The 12 Kits of Occasions  Blog to see what the other designers (friends) have made. The complete list will be in the upper tab on the blog .HERE

  3. All such lovely cards Marybeth! Wasn't Sharron's kit beautiful? I think your first card is so fun how you created your own patterned paper and how you coloured the maple leaf. All so lovely! Happy fall my friend, I have been keeping you and all those affected by the fires in my thoughts. xo

  4. Your beautiful style shines through once again Marybeth! I thought about you when I was working on my kit and wondering if you were going to color the turkeys or leave them plain...I was too chicken to color mine and thought you'd probably leave yours plain but still make them shine, and you totally did! LOVE your coloring on the pie girl too...wasn't that just the sweetest image?! Lovely, lovely cards my friend! Hugs. :0)

  6. All are gorgeous, Marybeth! I love the uncolored turkey done in white and one color--so classy. And your maple leaf is beautiful. The soft colors and simmer are so perfect with that paper. And the SB girl couldn't be sweeter. I adore the papers you chose and the wonderful colors!

  7. Wonderful cards, Marybeth! I always love to see what you do with patterned papers and your clean designs. Each of your cards is a treat to see. I'll have to remember that leaf, tied with the bow, it's gorgeous, and I love it with the polka dots!
