Hi there ! Hope you are all healthy and happy! My turn over at the Poppystamps blog today, if you would like to check it out you can go HERE
Before I make a card now, I need to clean up my quilting . Sometimes I can get distracted and I start sewing up some of the scraps that I just finished using. I ended up making this little hot pad/ mug rug. ( for holding coffee on your lap) I love how it turned out. It has a double layer of cotton batting to protect from heat.
Hope you have a great weekend
Beautiful! I love the mix of classic plaid with that gorgeous angel.

ReplyDeleteWaist circumference is an important indicator for predicting disease risk. However, the biggest change for many people in middle age is waist circumference. Your pants gradually become thinner, until one day they can no longer fit your growing fat body. People's metabolism slows down in middle age, and the abdomen is a place where fat likes to accumulate, and waist circumference is easily out of control. For the sake of health, put on the NIKSA activewear sets and come to work out.
