Design Team Favorites Inspiration
To my husband, children and grandchildren…
you are the music in my heart!
I started my project for Make It Monday, then decided to also enter it into the Anniversary Contest. I lost a bit of my creative freedom and had a hard time. I do not do well with more than one challenge at a time. So hats off to those of you who do that often.

ReplyDeleteSo cute! I love your take on Erin's card. I know just what you mean about multiple challenges. I"ll try to catch up a little later in the week.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you mean you do not do well with multiple challenges? This is awesome--for both challenges. The idea of music within hearts is a great one.
ReplyDeleteI totally LOVE this! Fantastic
ReplyDeleteOh I think it's SO awesome! Love the music showing through the hearts...and the adorable chicken wire background! I thought it was a hexagon plate at first...you know I see in hexagons. I have a feeling my cover plate is going to be making an appearance during the PTI challenges! :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Marybeth. Great job using Erin's inspiration.
ReplyDeletePerfect, Marybeth--LOVE your hearts! And what a great idea to add the music and the chicken wire embossing!

ReplyDeleteWell, I think you did a beautiful job on this! I absolutely love this. The double-die-cut hearts with the music DP behind them are so cool. This is definitely a winning card. Beautifully done. ;-)
ReplyDeleteOMGosh, Marybeth! YOUR card is Prettier than the original! LOVE the hearts with the music and the embossed BG! Just GORGEOUS!
ReplyDeleteMarybeth this is so beautiful! And I love the quote about your family being the music of your heart! So lovely and true! Just love those hearts with the music paper center. I stamped a bunch of music paper this weekend but haven't made anything with it yet! :) Jill
ReplyDeleteThis card is absolutely splendid. Most of my best stuff comes from starting out on one path, and then it needs to take a turn. (That's also when I learn the most.) Thanks for keeping an ore in Papertrey's water, as well as your official jobs. I positively love what you do with their goods. Thanks again for sharing. (Hope you win something during Papertrey's anniversary.)
ReplyDeleteI just love the way you've backed each heart with the music score! Beautifully done, Marybeth!
