Welcome to My Nightmare !

Its that time of month again when we post our cards from the 12 Kits of Occasions!
What is that, you say? The 12 Kits of Occasions just click the link to learn all about it.

Jessica  is our host this months and as you can see by the kit photo above,
Jessica sent us an adorable fun filled kit!

Lisa from My Paper Tales will be filling in for Cathy for the rest of the year.
Hugs to you Cathy!
Welcome Lisa!

I used Papertrey Ink Papertrey Ink - Cover Plate: Comic Strip Die on my card above!
This way I could get a lot of the stamped images from the kit on one card.

I lost this “ happy halloween die” and looked all over for it, I found it stuck to my rolling chair wheel,
it looked like a ball of thread. I could not believe I was able to save it!

On the card above I only added sequins and the little stamped tag that was in the kit!
No stamping just the patterned paper.

I love the way this one turned out, CAS. I added some tape to the windows then glitter.
The sentiment is from Waltzingmouse stamps.
The hill was made with a Stitched Borders 1PPP from Serendipity Stamps .
For a complete list of the supplies you can go to the upper tab at the The 12 Kits of Occasions Blog.

Thank you so much for the visit!

  1. These are all fabulous, Marybeth! What luck that your sentiment was saved!! I always enjoy seeing everyone's 12 Kits of Occasion cards.

  2. Thanks Marybeth, I'm so happy to be joining you all!! Your cards are super cute! What a great idea to use the comic strip die for all of those spooky images! Love the way your little owl turned out too!!

  3. Ohh wow how fun are all those projects!!

  4. I won't even tell you what I found my die-cut stuck to, Marybeth!!! LOve that ghostly owl, and find it fun that we used our rescued pieces on the same owl! Every card a charm, my friend! Dar-Ling!

  5. Oh so where to start Marybeth? So many clever things that caught my eye... the sparkly moon, how you made a collage of all the images, and EEK! Sequin eyes on your ghost owl! I love that you stamped right on the sheet too! You rocked this Marybeth!

  6. Oh, wow! Love your collection of Halloween cards, Marybeth! I do love owls, so I'm gonna say the owl ghost is my fav...sooo CUTE!!!

  7. Love your cards, they are fantastic!!! My favorite has to be "The Neighboorhood with the Sparkly Windows."

  8. These are all fantastic Marybeth! Love the sparkly tape for the windows! And that owl is adorable!

  9. What a wonderful group of cards. I saw your last card before I started making my cards, and I just wanted to copy it so badly--it was hard to use those house dies and not do exactly what you did. Brilliant idea to use that comic strip cover plate die--now I want it even more--it is such a great way to showcase more cute images on the same card.

  10. Really love that last card and the script "happy halloween" die! I followed your link to get the supply list, but I must be blind. All I could see were January through August of this year. Will the September supply list be posted soon or is it there and I just couldn't see it for some reason?

  11. OH goodness those are all so cute! I really love that owl! Glad you found the Halloween die! Too funny! :)

  12. Love all this sweet spookiness...
    that owl is absolutely adorable!!
    Such a fun collection...
    love them! :)

  13. These are so adorable, Marybeth! Love all the eyes!! The owl is such a fun card and I adore the one with all the goblins walking across the bottom. This was such a happy kit to work with. I think we all had fun!

  14. Fun set of cards, Marybeth! Love the glittered windows on your row of crooked houses!

  15. So much to love here, Marybeth, these are amazing! I love your shimmery moon and glittery windows, love how you used the comic strip die, and love the sideways looking sequin eyed owl.

  16. Such brilliant spooky cards, Marybeth ... they're all such fun ... I'm particularly taken with the laughing monsters ... and those googly eyes! Hugs, Anita :)

  17. Delightful and so CUTE - all of them! Love that city-scape with its shimmery moon and plum background! Such great colours in these cards! Puts quite a different complexion on Halloween! Adorable!

  18. Oh totally rocked Jessica's kit! I love each and everyone of your cards, so beautiful and just spooky enough too. Your final card is my favorite, just love the scary scene and that moon!

  19. Adorable all, loving the owl! No spook, just fun!!!

  20. If this is a 'nightmare', then I'm going to keep on dreaming! An array of fabulous Halloween cards that have planted a smile allll over my face! I've decided your signature style: cute, yet classy...and it's borne out with each card you've shared here! Simply awesome!

  21. Oh man, Marybeth...that ghost card is just the CUTEST!!! And the glitter behind the haunted houses absolutely makes the card! I love how you made the tag sentiment look like its blowing in the fall breeze. And on the first card I love how you perfectly were able to use so many different supplies from the kit :)

Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to comment. I love it when you do!
Take care.
