My NBUS is the Broomstick stamp that I used for my background .
I am also adding this card to NBUS, Serendipity Stamps is one of the sponsors!
I added some clear Wink of Stella on the moon
and bit on the little witch.
Oh my gosh is has been so hot out here, In California :106!! Too hot for anybody!
I randomly stamped the background with this sweet broomstick( I love this little broom) in a soft tone color,
then added a strip of striped patterned paper to the lower edge. Very simple!

ReplyDeleteHeat. Yuk! I hate it and I know it is hotter where you are but Oceanside hit 98 the other day. I try to conserve the AC and we have fans on in every room. BUT it probably won't be long before we are sick of rain, just hope there are no floods. Stay cool. Barb

ReplyDeleteThis is so awesome, Marybeth! You ALWAYS go that extra mile! Just the foreground would make a great card, but the addition of the soft broomstick background and the strip at the bottom make this every so much more interesting and excellent!! Thank you so much for the wonderful shoutout and for playing in my NBUS Challenge #5! Enjoy your day! At last it is finally a ton cooler. Now I only hope you didn't get flooded by the rain yesterday! Geez, the extremes are just KArazy!! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeletePS Did you notice I didn't say anything about my own broomstick which I've had for years! Currently it is parked outside the bedroom, now known as the Recovery Room, tee hee!!
