Oh Christmas Tree


Create Along With Us: September 2015

Quick post for me again today. 
My inspiration comes from Betsy’s Make It Market Mini Kit: Holiday Folk 
I love the tree in that kit so I tried to remake it with Papertrey Ink stamps and dies 
I already have for now. 
I so enjoyed stamping the branches and adding the birds.

    It'll be Christmas before we know it. Looks like you've got a great headstart with this beauty! Love the birds and all the red ornaments! Definitely putting me in the mood! How's you're weather down there? We actually got rain today! So needed to help those fighting fires!

    Okay, let me get this straight. You die cut the tree from In the Meadow and then stamped it using the Sprigs set? You're a regular genius, Marybeth! I LOVE this and really admire your creative flair.

    I was trying and trying to figure out how you made that tree, and I think I finally got it. This is such a fantastic tree, and I love how you did those branches. Love the bling and the birds. There is something wonderful about red and green together. You picked a great card to CASE.

    How did you stamp the tree? When I look at the stamp/die sets, the tree looks as if it is stamped solid. Your card is absolutely beautiful and the cardinals remind me of a time when I lived in Virginia and met a friend who loved cardinals.

    Time for a gallery walk to catch up on your gorgeous creations...and this tree is a most fabulous, festive, gorgeous starting point! I don't have any of the Market Kits, so you're really sparking a desire to remedy that. Classy and sophisticated, not to mention soooo pretty!
