 Welcome to TYIC #30! The darling inspiration comes from the very talented Nancy!
 Look at that darling cupcake!


I used most of the colors from Nancy’s tag and I added music notes for confetti and a bit of  Wink of Stella for shimmer. I colored this with my Zig brush pens.
