Not sure if it’s ok to add this to the card concept now, but my card seemed to fit the theme so well. I don’t make very many back to school cards.
Challenge #18 - Back to School Theme I think my card would be clean and layered. |
I sure missed playing in some of the Papertrey Ink challenges and stamp a fair. I made time this morning.
Hello, hope you all had a great week. My husband and I enjoyed a very relaxing 3 day weekend all by ourselves and selfishly I enjoyed every minute of it. He did play golf a few times but then I had my time alone! We played many games of canasta , scrabble etc. floated in the pool( we never have time for that) I even went on the elliptical twice !!! It was just nice and I am very thankful for the blessing of this past weekend.
My Son in law finally came home from working the fires up in northern California, on Sunday! He headed the medic team. Yay! Everyone was so happy to have him home... even his wife:)(my daughter)
When I cut my easel I felt like I cut too much so I added the top of the die to the back. I also shortened the pencil a bit and added a hand cut background. The stamp was an old give away from Papertrey Ink
I even have a few extra of those dies. I should sell them.
Hope you have a wonderful week!
Thank You!
