Monochromatic Purple

Clean and a bit layered

Seize the Birthday anything goes!

Hi, hope everyone had a nice weekend. We enjoyed ours.
Went out to dinner with friends, played games at their house on Friday, watched some of the grandchildren Saturday, then went to Mass in the evening. I gave our dog Major a good brushing and bath Sunday. He sure looks good !

I have seen so many gorgeous cards for the card concept, I still would love to do a card with flowers we will see.

God Bless!

Stamps: Stampin Up Banner Blast, Papertrey Ink Balloon Bash for the sentiment.
Paper: Papertrey Ink Soft Stone and Michael's white 110 lb. cardstock.
Sequins: Pretty Pink Posh and Michaels.

Old and New With Some Hand Stitching

Edited to change the location of the flowers on the card.
 I moved them up !

!
Too low on this one.
Papertrey Ink

Create a Birthday Card
I almost forgot to enter in this challenge.
I would say my card is clean and layered.

Papertrey Ink felt.

I was not sure I was going to get the
but I am so glad I did. I was just messing around making these first two, not thinking outside the box or anything. I Love these dies and I know how to sew on a machine but I also love hand stitching. I used to do a lot of counted cross stitching years ago.

My reading glasses fit in this one above and I thought it would be perfect for: tampons…. did
I just say that on my blog! Shhhh!

Photos all taken at night.

After I posted this I did not like how low the flowers were so I moved them up and like it much better. It almost looked like they were falling off.

I was reminded of this March Inspiration file from Joyful Creations with Kim’s post.  I honestly made this card in less than 20 minutes , thats fast for me. I combined some old with new. I love embossing with dies and that is what I did again with this Papertrey Ink - Cover Plate: Deco Die .

Thanks for stoping by.  I know my visits to friends have been
random , I am sorry.

Celebrate!

I have a quick card for the Card Concept.  I was going to give clean and graphic a try. That did not happen this time maybe next try. I guess I would call this clean and simple.

More Flowers

I sure loved learning this technique by Heather

I am going to say this is a clean and simple card.
I will add a sentiment when I know what this will be used for.

I stamped my first image, Tweet Talk  from Papertrey Ink , in white, then stamped the colored ink on top of the white. Using, Solid Stitches & Swirls . I like the subtle look of the underneath design.

Hope you have a blessed day!

This blue card was taken with my iphone
I used my stampShenanigans I was in a bit of a hurry with this one. The pink is a little better. So many possibilities with this

Same card just a bit of a different view.

Very CAS monochromatic card.  I used my Heart Note from
CAS-ual Fridays and the sentiment is from ….Stamps by Judith
Take Care
Paper … Papertrey Ink

Wplus9

This card is totally in my comfort zone!

I would say my card is clean and layered?
Unless the chicken wire cancels that out.
Edited to say maybe this is not quite all monochromatic. Hope it's ok based on some of the D.T. cards.  I know This  one is.

Happy 4th  Birthday  Wplus9 ! I placed my order last night…. never want something to be sold out.
Click the link above for all the details.
I stamped this wreath on vellum then embossed it. I really like the way this turned out in person.

and matching dies from Wplus9

A Bit Vintage

It just makes me happy to be making  a Christmas card!
I am so thankful for the Merry Monday Challenge.
This week just use an ornament on your Christmas card.
The DT is amazing and sure to inspire you!

I decided I could enter this card as I added chunky glitter , and rusty bells on my card.
Congrats again Cathy Weber!
I think this would be considered  Classy and Elegant?
Or would you say Shabby ?

I love this photo! I went with the red, snow and snow covered trees.
Very rare for me to inter one card for three challenges.

The photo below shows more of the sparkle I added.

Hello. Thanks for stoping by.  This card came together pretty fast  today and was easy to photograph. I wanted to use this little scene from a piece of paper I bought. ( sorry no name on the paper anywhere)  I also wanted to use my Purple Onion Designs ornament stamp, and my new ribbon and Rusty Bells from Paper Sweeties.  Tis The Season sentiment is from Serendipity Stamps.

I tried something new for me. I scored the edges of my cut paper to finish it off .( More on that in our SSS Blog Hop)

I hope you all have a very blessed week.

I have 3 layers of the die cutLatte Love Stamp Set  Papertrey Ink and  the sentiment is Sentiment Sampler from Paper Smooches .
